Role Description

A telecaller, in the context of explaining a course, is someone who uses the telephone to communicate with potential students or their parents to provide information about the courses, answer their queries, and ultimately, encourage them to enroll. This involves clear communication, understanding the course details, addressing concerns, and potentially guiding them through the application process. 

Telecallers are the primary source of information about the course, including its curriculum, duration, fees, eligibility criteria, and career prospects.

They keep track of all communication with potential students, noting down important details and follow-up actions.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Telecallers need to be articulate, have a clear and confident speaking voice, and be able to listen attentively
• They must have a thorough understanding of the course they are promoting
• They need to be able to address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by the caller
• Ability to make outbound calls and handle customer inquiries
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
