We are looking for passionate, dynamic, and innovative educators to join our faculty team in delivering specialized learning experiences to students across Pre-primary, Primary, and High School levels. The role involves planning, implementing, and enhancing engaging programs in the respective domain, aligned with age-appropriate pedagogy, 21st-century skills, and interdisciplinary learning. Domains Performing & Visual Arts: Yoga Dance Singing Acting / Theatre Drawing and Painting Music Instruments (e.g., Guitar, Keyboard, Tabla, etc.) Cognitive & Personality Skills: Personality Development Human Behavior & Emotional Intelligence Entrepreneurial Skill Development Chess General Knowledge & Competitive Exams Preparation Languages & Communication: Foreign Languages (e.g., French, Spanish, German, Mandarin, etc.) Technology & Innovation: Artificial Intelligence (AI) Usage Machine Learning & AI Concepts (for Middle/High School) Digital Marketing Basics Science, Environment & Marine Studies: Climate Change & Sustainability Marine Science & Ocean Studies Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver subject-specific, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with learning outcomes. Foster a creative and inclusive classroom environment that promotes curiosity and exploration. Integrate real-world relevance, digital tools, and interdisciplinary activities into lessons. Maintain classroom decorum, assess student progress, and share timely feedback with parents. Collaborate with other faculty and participate in school-wide events, performances, exhibitions, or competitions. Keep abreast with the latest developments in your subject area and update teaching methods accordingly. Provide mentorship, motivation, and career guidance where applicable (especially for senior grades). Responsibilities Training students at all levels from preprimary to schools to colleges Quick and self learning Qualify the customer needs Highly self motivated Prepare and present standard syllabus Must Have Bachelor Degree or Higher Passion for software products Perfect written and spoken English Highly creative and autonomous Valid work permit for India/ Phillipines Nice to have Experience in teaching Good communication and presentation skills Experience in student handling Strong analytical skills What's great in the job?
