Currently we are hiring Customer support executives (preferably female applicants)
Work Location: Bangalore
Exp: 1-2 yrs
Roles&Responsibilities:
1.Provide first-level of Technical support to Operator.
2.Checking mails and replying with proper message
. 3.Diagnose and resolve technical problems promptly and efficiently
4. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams if necessary.
5. Train users on new software Features and Options. Es
6. Work in a Shift Roster.
Skills
1. Good analytical and problem solving skills.
2. Good verbal and written communication skills,
3. Customer Service Orientation
4. Time Management and Multitasking
5. Should be able to work in shifts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹11,822.11 - ₹29,022.44 per month
