Role Overview: You will be responsible for performing data entry and updating in the System and generating KPI reports. You will consolidate information for indicator control and decision-making by Management. Additionally, you will monitor Port operations, taking proactive action in problem-solving, support the Import team, Shipping, Branches area, Scheduling team, and act as the interface between the company and the Insurance company. Key Responsibilities: - Perform data entry and updating in the System - Generate KPI reports - Monitor Port operations including loading scheduling, storage expiration, and container return - Support Import team regarding international transportation - Support Shipping and Branches area in the logistic flow - Support Scheduling team in monitoring collection and delivery operation - Interface between the company and the Insurance company - Request quotations for registering freight costs - Support Management in bidding processes - Control and monitor evaluation of transport suppliers - Monitor and control Freight discrepancies - Perform routine activities following operational procedures - Assist in processes related to your area of expertise Qualifications Required: - Completion of High School - Intermediate knowledge of Excel - Knowledge of logistic process and safety precautions - Knowledge of ICMS/IPI/ISS - Knowledge in the use of SAP System - Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Tools Company Details: At TK Elevator, people are at the center of everything we do.
