Job Description

We’re Hiring: Logistics Supervisor Locations: Saudi Arabia and UAE We are seeking an experienced and motivated Logistics Supervisor to join our expanding operations in the Gulf region. Key Responsibilities: Manage logistics operations across multiple project sites Supervise storage, distribution, and material movement Enforce and optimize standard logistics procedures Lead on-site logistics teams and ensure coordination Track operations using modern logistics software Maintain workplace organization, safety, and efficiency Requirements: 3 to 5 years of solid experience in logistics or supply chain Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Familiarity with logistics tools and systems Experience in multi-site coordination Prior Gulf experience is a strong advantage Transferable Iqama is a plus (for KSA candidates) What We Offer: Salary : SAR 4,000 – 5,000/month (approx. ₹88,000 – ₹111,000 INR) Company-provided housing or housing allowance Transportation provided by the company Medical insurance coverage Performance-based bonus and target incentives End-of-project percentage share (based on KPIs) Long-term career growth opportunities with our group Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹88,800.00 - ₹111,000.00 per month Experience: total work: 2 years (Required) Language: English (Required)
