About Material Depot

Material Depot is a one-stop shop for all interior decorative materials — from tiles to wall panels. Our mission is simple: right product, right place, right time, every time. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a Logistics Executive to strengthen our operations team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and manage daily deliveries through our fleet, 3PL partners, and on-demand logistics platforms such as Porter.
  • Use route optimization tools to ensure efficient delivery planning.
  • Coordinate with vendors, drivers, and warehouse teams to maintain delivery timelines.
  • Address operational issues such as client unavailability, vehicle breakdowns, and material shortages, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in ERP systems and spreadsheets.
