Logistics Shift Manager

Responsibilities:

Delivery Management:

Assign deliveries to delivery boys based on their location and workload.

Monitor the progress of deliveries and address any issues or delays.

Resolve customer queries and complaints related to delivery operations.

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of dairy products to customers.

Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate records of dairy product stocks.

Monitor inventory levels and reorder products as needed.

Implement efficient inventory management practices to minimize waste and loss.

Attendance Tracking:

Keep a record of delivery boys' attendance and ensure punctuality.

Monitor employee performance and provide feedback as needed.

Route Optimization:

Plan efficient delivery routes to minimize travel time and fuel consumption.

Optimize delivery schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.

Job Time: 2 am to 12 pm

Skills and Qualications:

Strong organizational and planning skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management

Proficiency in using computer software (e.g., Microso Oce, inventory management systems)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
