We are leading organic milk supplier in Pune, Mumbai & Hyderabad, soon launching to a few more cities. We deliver farm fresh milk right at the door step of our 25,000 customers on daily basis. Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email. - Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner. - Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. - Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues. - Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. - Provide information about products and services to customers. - Follow up on customer interactions to ensure all issues are resolved. - Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Customer Care Executive or similar role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
