As a Logistics, Procurements and Distribution, Warehousing Senior Associate I at Red Otter Farms (ROF), you will play a crucial role in the organization's supply chain management and customer engagement initiatives. ROF is a vertically integrated, modern farming company based in New Delhi, known for producing high-quality, chemical-free fresh produce through soilless farming. Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs): - Contracting road and train logistic vendors across India - Setting up supply chain from farms to customers - Liaison with various suppliers for raw material movement - Managing last mile deliveries of Salad, Vegetable, and other wholesale produce - Minimizing costs without compromising delivery quality - Vehicle management including RTO, Challans, Fitness, Insurance, etc. - Setting up and managing warehouse and storage facilities across offices and farms - Handling travel and transport bookings for people movement Additional Responsibilities/Coordination: - Establishing local supply chains in regions with farms or setting up new farms - Setting up storage and warehousing facilities around farms Experience: - 1-2 years in transport management Skills: - Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced) and Word - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Capability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Educational Requirements: - Bachelors degree Employment Type: - Full-time, in office If you are passionate about logistics, procurements, and distribution, and are motivated to contribute to a dynamic and growing organization like ROF, please send your resume to founders@redotterfarms.in.
