Job Opening: Logistics Operations Manager

Location

Job Summary

Logistics Manager

Key Responsibilities

Enter sales orders in SAP based on inputs from sales teams.
Coordinate with plants, forwarders, and customers for shipment readiness and delivery.
Manage shipment bookings, documentation, and ACID applications for Egyptian customs.
Prepare export shipping documents and submit to banks.
Analyze customer creditworthiness and manage internal credit limits in SAP.
Follow up on overdue payments and maintain updated payment status.
Prepare weekly delivery schedules, inventory reports, and bi-weekly IFRS reports.
Lead bi-weekly sales calls and present overdue status and action plans.
Collaborate with global supply chain planners for urgent capacity needs.
Lead and support a team of 18 CSRs across India, Vienna, and South Africa.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong working knowledge of
SAP SD

Experience in
Export/Import logistics

, and
international documentation

Proficiency in
MS Excel

, and handling
Letters of Credit

Basic mathematical skills (unitary method, percentages).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
