Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage logistics operations from dispatch to delivery, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods.
  
• Prepare export documents such as E way bills, commercial invoices, and other necessary paperwork.
  
• Coordinate with transporters and freight forwarders for smooth execution of logistics plans.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to exports and imports.
• Ensure

  acknowledgment of client orders

  in a timely manner
• Track and ensure

  on-time delivery of all shipments

  , with proactive updates on delays.
• Maintain a record of

  undelivered shipments beyond ETA

  and initiate corrective actions.
• Track all

  in-transit vehicles

  to ensure smooth delivery status updates.
• Monitor the

  number of shipments delivered without quality issues

  or escalations from customers.
• Track

  original PODs collected versus total deliveries

  completed in other regions monthly.
• Highlight

  missing PODs to the Sr. Logistics Coordinator

• Send

  delivery confirmation mails

  to clients and internal teams on the same day of shipment completion.
• Acknowledge all

  client emails

  and share docket details against each pickup.
• Obtain

  email approvals from clients

  for special charges (expedited delivery, detention, extra loading/unloading costs, etc.), looping in the billing team.
• Ensure

  E-Way Bill Part B is generated

  for all shipments before dispatch.
