Role & responsibilities

About the Role

As a Logistics and Supply Chain Person, individual will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire Transportation process, ensuring efficient and cost-effective transportation, vendor coordination, documentation, compliance and reporting. His role is maintaining the smooth flow of goods from origin to destination, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key

Transportation Management:

Arrange and track shipments Cargo's & Vehicle through GPS (outbound).

Select cost-effective and timely transportation options.

Safe & timely delivered to destinations.

Vendor Coordination:

Communicate with transporters & Courier and Cargo Services.

Schedule pickups, deliveries, and handle delays or complaints.

Documentation & Compliance:

Freight Bills Processing

Maintain proper transporter billing documents, POD Checked etc.

Ensure compliance with transport and safety regulations.

Reports

Prepare regular reports on delivery and transport costs.

Analyze data to improve Logistics performance.
