Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling domestic and international shipments in the field of Chemical Manufacturing. Your role will involve preparing and filing necessary documents for import and export, ensuring compliance with import-export regulations, customs clearance, and DGFT procedures. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain import-export documentation and Exim policy. Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and logistics tracking tools will be essential for this role. The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously is required. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your strong knowledge and background in Chemical Manufacturing to handle domestic and international shipments - Prepare and file necessary Bills of Entry, Shipping Bills, Duty Drawback, EPCG/Advance License, IGCR rules compliance - Maintain import-export documentation and Exim policy - Ensure compliance with import-export regulations, customs clearance, and DGFT procedures - Proficiently use ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally), MS Excel, and logistics tracking tools - Work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously Qualifications Required: - Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Commerce (MBA preferred) - Excellent communication, coordination, and MS Office skills Additional Details: The company is offering Provident Fund as a benefit.
