Role & responsibilities Daily customer visit and regular or proper co-ordination with customers Collection of Dispatch order from Ramco,Saint Gobain Arrangement of Vehicles according to customer order at Chennai Documents -Bily & Bill prepration and handing over to customer and driver . Vendor development , verification and Management Mis Report of dispatched vehicles and arrangement of Advance and balance . Market vehicle and Own Fleet POD Collection and update submittion to HO. Market vehicle documents collection - RC, Pan card, tds decleration, Loading Memo, DL, Insurance , Photos Etc. Regularly Market or company vehicle tracking and intimation to customer . Bill submittion and folloup for payment . Daily vehicle placement and arrival plan to SG AND Ramco. Increase of customers and new customer development . Preferred candidate profile Local from Chennai Males will be preferred
