Job Summary

Hub Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Sorting & Operations:

Receive, scan, and sort parcels based on pincode and route.
Ensure accurate tagging, packaging, and placement of shipments.
Assist in loading/unloading vehicles and organizing shipments for delivery.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth operations.

Hub Operations

Oversee daily task allocation and monitor sorter and delivery staff performance.
Coordinate with delivery executives (Wish Masters) and create daily runsheets.
Guide new team members on operational protocols and ensure training compliance.
Track undelivered shipments and contact customers for follow-up and redelivery.
Report operational issues, discrepancies, or delays to hub supervisors.
Help reconcile cash collected from delivery personnel and match with ERP data.
Monitor real-time delivery performance and take action to address roadblocks.

Qualifications

Any graduate degree (Bachelors in any discipline).
1-3 years of experience in Logistics, Courier, or Warehouse Operations preferred.
Freshers with strong leadership and operational skills may also apply.
