Logistics Executive

Key Responsibilities: 1) Coordinate with warehouse staff to plan for the arrival and unloading of delivery trucks/vehicles. 2) Oversee and verify the loading/unloading process, ensuring accurate inventory counts. 3) Conduct daily inspections of warehouse premises to ensure cleanliness and safety. 4) Ensure all items are scanned accurately during loading and unloading. 5) Supervise warehouse workers and monitor daily activities and productivity. 6) Enforce First-In, First-Out (FIFO) principles in stock management. 7) Verify that loaded items match the pick list accurately before dispatch. 8) Organize and maintain storage areas as per safety and layout standards. 9) Manage inventory systematically, with proper labeling and identification. 10) Maintain and regularly update bin cards accurately. 11) Conduct daily Physical Inventory Counts (PIC) and weekly full stock audits. 12) Delegate duties to workers based on skill and experience levels. 13) Oversee order picking, receiving, and dispatch processes to ensure accuracy and minimize damage. 14) Assist workers in handling heavy items and ensure safe and proper loading into delivery trucks. 15) Confirm timely and correct delivery of all dispatched products. 16) Promote teamwork and motivate staff to achieve warehouse objectives. 17) Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and maintenance of warehouse space and equipment.
