Logistics Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Morning incoming load segregation processing and route assigned to the concern Escorter
• Ensure all shipments must dispatch as per route wise
• Managing the shift with Escorter, Driver & Gunman Team and aligned with designated routes.
• Team rostering as per our ops requirements.
• Monitoring all Deliveries are updating on real time in system by Escorter
• Ensure all incoming mails should cross check and action accordingly.
• All pickups should be assigned to the Escorter on a real time basis.
• Ensure all Deliveries & Pickups should be completed in routes properly.
• After all pickups coming from the route should do all system processes as per SOP.
• Ensure proper segregations of all shipments and get ready for Outbound dispatches with proper bagging.
• All outbound should be properly updated in the system accordingly as per SOP.
• All outbound pre alert mails to be sent on time with all relevant details.
• Overall all communications on every mails / Escalations as well.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics/secure logistics/transport operations.
• Hands-on experience in route planning, dispatch management, and shift operations.
• Proficiency in logistics systems/ERP and MS Excel for reporting and real-time updates.
• Good communication skills (email drafting, escalation handling, coordination with internal/external stakeholders).
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.
