Job Description

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calculate and communicate monthly forecasts to suppliers based on production requirements
  • Perform daily rundown calculations and place orders as per stock levels shared by respective shops
  • Plan logistics for ordered raw materials to ensure timely delivery
  • Continuously follow up with suppliers and logistics partners to confirm order connectivity and dispatch status
  • Collect FG (Finished Goods) stock details from suppliers/MSIL and calculate coverage for uninterrupted production
  • Ensure timely and accurate ordering of parts aligned with the Daily Production Plan (DPP)
  • Coordinate effectively with TLI/TLKI logistics partners and suppliers to ensure on-time part availability
  • Verify received parts hourly against Part Dispatch Sheet (PDS) via scanning and confirm GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes)
  • Attend to line calls for part shortages, incorrect or short deliveries, and packing issues; analyze root causes and take immediate corrective actions
  • Conduct monthly inventory checks, simulate results, identify discrepancies between system and physical stock, and adjust quantities accordingly
  • Handle emergency orders in case of unexpected rejections or scrap to prevent production delays

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics operations
  • Proficiency in inventory management and ERP systems
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective coordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of production planning and part tracking processes
  • Ability to respond quickly and accurately to shop floor issues
