Job Title : Jr. Engineer-FEA Job Summary Provide the necessary computer aided engineering (CAE/FEA) skills to the FEA engineering department. The successful candidate will support the simulation and analysis of automotive components and manufacturing process simulations using Finite Element Analysis. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience required. 0–1-year experience. Basic understanding of FEA principles and mechanics of materials. Exposure to one or more FEA tools (e.g., HyperMesh & LS-DYNA). Knowledge of CAD software and GD&T helpful. Knowledge of statistical methods helpful. Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills. Proactive problem-solving skills with an ability to operate with minimal supervision. Fluent in English speaking. Ability to read and write in English clearly. Proficient in Microsoft Office software. Typical Core Duties Support the Company’s mission, vision, values and goals in performance of daily activities. Has a general understanding of vehicle function as related to Tower product in chassis, suspension and body. Prepare and analyze finite element models of components and assemblies with some supervision. Assist in evaluating designs for durability, NVH, and other attributes to meet the associated goals with consideration for manufacturability and cost. Participate in the design development process by providing recommendations through written analysis reports and input during design review meetings. Assist in the product design using FEA tools to meet the functional objectives negotiated with the customer. Strive to exceed the customer’s expectations by offering multiple solutions to resolve issues when possible. Accountable for the accuracy of analysis results and delivery of models and results on time. Offer creative solutions to design and/or development issues. Participate in product design reviews to support the product and manufacturing teams. Maintain records of activities and results. Maintain high standards of housekeeping throughout the work area. Maintain a positive working relationship with all levels of the organization. Comply with central, state, local and corporate policies, regulations, and laws. Job Title: Assistant Manager- Human Resources The Asst. Manager-HR provides leadership, directs and manages the Human Resources team and supports all departments to achieve optimal levels of safety, quality, productivity and delivery to assure internal and external customer satisfaction. JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES: Additional job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Support the Company’s mission, vision, values and goals in the performance of daily activities. Responsible for the development, performance feedback, direction and leadership of all associates in the Organization including mentoring, coaching, counseling and corrective action when situations dictate. Provide direction and leadership consistent with the organization's business plan goals. Assess and build leadership bench-strength and organizational capabilities as well as create a collaborative high performance work environment. Provides guidance and counsel to leadership and functional management teams on a variety of issues including associate development, associate relations, conflict resolution, interpersonal communications, effective group interaction, team building, etc. Provides leadership in all HR programs and processes including the development, coordination, implementation, and maintenance of HR programs, processes and services including policy development and compliance. Provides leadership on HR issues to management team. REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business, or equivalent experience Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Human Resources with two (2) years Supervisory/Management experience REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES Demonstrated expertise in several HR processes and practices (labor relations, organization development, leadership development, compensation, etc.) along with the demonstrated ability to set priorities and manage a variety of tasks. Ability to work through complex business issues and identify required HR interventions. Detailed knowledge of employment laws, labor relations, safety, benefits administration and payroll. General understanding of business strategies, finance, marketing and sales activities. Must have proven leadership ability, excellent interpersonal skills, consulting skills and the ability to develop relationships and influence at all levels within the organization. Demonstrated presentation, oral and written communication skills are essential. Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Strong problem resolution skills, along with customer service and team orientation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office software, and HRIS systems (ADP preferred) Ability to read and write in English and to perform mathematical calculations.

Design of Transfer fingers and all related elements in 3D using Catia-V5 2. Preparation of detailed 2D drawing using Catia-V5 3. Preparation of BOM for designs in standard formats 4. Study 2D/3D Die Layout, Process plan, Die Design requirements in view of EOAT (Transfer Fingers) design and able to foresee potential interferences/collision issues 5. Understand Stamping plant/press specific requirements and implement in design 6. Understand application of various standard components from different suppliers 7. Interact with different functions when needed like Transfer Simulation team, Die Engineers, Plant Engineers etc. 8. Adherence to design timelines 9. Identify/Implement continuous improvement opportunities in Transfer Tooling design activities 10.Maintain QMS related documentation and data management Qualifications/Requirements 1. B.E/B.Tech OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years of related experience 3. Strong CAD skills in CATIA V5 4. Experience in Tool design for Transfer press is preferred 5. Experience in Transfer Simulation is an added advantage 6. Strong knowledge in Transfer press, Interference curves and production environment 7. Knowledge of Press work and Stamping process related to Body-in-white parts is desirable 8. Fluent in English speaking. Able to Read/Write English 9. Good communication skills 10.
