Logistics & E-Commerce Executive

Position Overview

We are hiring a Logistics Personnel for our sister company (not Eazr). The role involves managing logistics operations across traditional supply chain, quick commerce, and e-commerce channels. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in handling shipments, inventory management, vendor coordination, and last-mile delivery processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring on-time dispatch and delivery.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, etc.).
• Manage e-commerce logistics operations, including order processing, warehouse coordination, and third-party logistics (3PL) partner management.
• Oversee quick commerce logistics, focusing on faster delivery TATs, last-mile efficiency, and real-time tracking.
• Monitor and maintain inventory across multiple channels, ensuring stock accuracy and availability.
• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, freight forwarders, and courier partners to optimize service quality and costs.
• Track shipments proactively and resolve delays, damages, or discrepancies.
• Manage purchase indents, GRN (Goods Receipt Note), and timely reporting of dispatches.
• Ensure compliance with e-commerce and export/import regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Accounts, Purchase, Supply Chain, Warehouse) for smooth operations.
• Analyze logistics performance and suggest process improvements to reduce cost and improve delivery speed.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of logistics, e-commerce fulfillment, and quick commerce operations.
• Hands-on experience with logistics/supply chain software (SAP, Quantum, Salesforce, TrackSolid, TrackSafe, etc.).
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.) and last-mile delivery models.
• Vendor & courier partner management with strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving approach.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or export coordination.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce or quick commerce logistics (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and last-mile delivery.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/logistics management systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
