Job Responsibilities Export Logistics & Documentation 1. Experience in Pre and Post Export shipment planning, documentation, Co-ordination for movement of stock from factory to port and monitoring all formalities for shipment of cargo from port to ultimate destination. 2. Lead negotiations with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics providers to secure competitive rates and favorable terms. 3. Experience in handling multiple banks for export inward remittance and regularisation of export documents. 4. Experience in Export Commercial activity, Debtors Control, Export Incentives, Statutory matters. 5. Knowledge in SAP Module . 6. In-depth knowledge of international logistics networks, trade regulations, and customs compliance. 7. This role includes resolving documentation discrepancies impacting shipment clearance and ensuring effective communication with relevant parties. 8. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with internal and external operations to ensure timely and efficient export shipment. 9. Regular tracking and tracing of shipment status are crucial, with updates provided to internal teams, and informing about any delays of shipments. 10. Providing MIS reports to management, sending pre-shipment documents to Customs House Agents (CHA). 11. Strong track record of managing high-volume export operations. .
