Logistics & Dispatch Coordinator

Job Description: -

1.Confirming ISO formats on the subject of received & issue, rejection in, rejection out dispatch & material control.

2. Planning for dispatch according to availability, requirement & transport availability.
3. Inspects incoming materials for wear, damage, or defects; reports any discrepancies or damage in materials received; notifies the proper person if repairs or adjustments are required.4. Planning for the total material requirement on the basis of closing stock statement & average material consumed during previous month.5. Receiving & physical verification of all incoming material.6. Maintain goods receipt records on a daily basis & calculate daily transport charges.7. Maintaining order receipts & dispatch records, such as packing list invoicing challan, E Waybill etc.8. Coordination with Sales & Marketing as well as Transporters.9. To keep vigilance on housekeeping & hygiene in stores.10. Coordinate with Account, Export, Packing, Production, Marketing & Quality dept.11. Activities as and when Required by Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹280,000.00 per year
