Vehicle Planning for approved SRN/ATN

Logistic coordinate will coordinate with concern site engineer, user and check availability for handing over the material from site.

Will analyses and provide the route-plan based on MRN / SRN received till 2:00 PM and ensure the share of business (SOB) should be equal among approved vendors.

Vehicle coordination until Material Delivery at Site/WH

Transportation App - MO/SRN/ATN

Will ensure the same vehicle should bring the SRN material who carry the forward material against MRN for this batter coordination and understanding will be required with field team.

Will follow-up with all stake holders for closing of open MRN, STN and ATN within TAT. Coordinating with transporters for non-executable cases and interact with user teams and work for clearance and ensure the SRN and ATN is picked within TAT.

Coordinating with the WH teams for issuance of documents for each transaction based on MRN / SRN & ATN Request.

Will track and monitoring the transporters SLA, TAT and put suitable penalty wherever vendors fail to meet the TAT.

Coordination for Chain Pulley / Crane requirements for heavy material as per the site requirement as per the process and facilitate the transporter for execution of works.

The logistics coordinator will prepare, organize, follow-up and circulate the daily tracking (DPR) of movement of MRN/SRN/ATN issued, lifted, WIP and pending cases and escalate the non-executable case to concern user team.

Should evaluate the logistics vendor on monthly basis based on performance evaluation chart and submit to Corp SPOC on monthly basis.

Will provide the provisioning data of secondary transportation by 25th of every month for current Month

Responsible to certify the transport annexure (for monthly billing) before 08th of every month for preceding month period.

Cost Sheet - every month 12th from Circle and 15th to Corp

Follow up with Transporter for VHD Login

Need to address if any VHD Rejection
