Roles and Responsibilities

a) Developing fundamental documents on all material receipts, issues and finished goods supplies in consultation with Accounts, and Sales & marketing support department.

b) Developing routine operational reports pertaining to stock positions for prompting necessary routine actions.

c) Developing periodical analytical reports with refined data towards drawing sound inferences and insights for management decisions.

d) Develop befitting finished goods order & supply management system in coordination with sales & marketing department and participate actively in the current development of the e-commerce program on online customer transaction platform.

e)Coordinating with factory for supplies

f)Interacting with other branch offices for stock replenishment

g)Providing active support services in implementing sales promotion programs

h)Order monitoring and registering.

I)Coordinating with production team for finished stock management

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate. Additional qualifications preferred.

Minimum 8 years of experience with at least 3 years in doing functions described above and more importantly convincing abilities to learn quickly on the job.

Should be very good in written and spoken English and good in Kannada / Hindi.

Proficient in MS Office, particularly in working with excel sheets and certain exposure or potential to work with ERP software on the sales management functions.

Should be smart, keen to learn and should have the potential to work in a highly competitive work situation.
