About the Role

detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day e-commerce logistics, including:
  
• Order processing and fulfillment
  
• Inventory tracking and updates
  
• Shipment scheduling and delivery coordination
  
• Oversee

  supply chain planning

  : demand forecasting, inventory planning, and scheduling.
• Handle

  transportation and logistics coordination

  , including routing and carrier negotiation.
• Support

  procurement processes

  : vendor management, sourcing, and purchase order tracking.
• Optimize

  warehouse operations and stock control

  to ensure timely availability of products.
• Drive

  process improvements

  using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar approaches.
• Generate

  reports and performance dashboards

  to track KPIs and identify exceptions.
• Ensure

  regulatory compliance

  with customs, import/export, and related documentation.
• Maintain strong collaboration with operations and packaging teams for seamless execution.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in

  logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce operations

  .
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
  
• Knowledge of

  health, safety, and compliance requirements

  in logistics.
• Effective communication skills in

  Hindi and English

  (Marathi knowledge is a plus).
• Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
  
• Prior experience handling

  jewelry products

  in an e-commerce environment.
• Exposure to tools/platforms like

  Shopify, Unicommerce, Shiprocket, eShipz, Gokwik Dashboard

  , or similar.
