Logistics Coordinator

As a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and supporting day-to-day logistics operations in Kuwait. Your main tasks will include coordinating logistics activities such as receiving, dispatching, and shipping, performing weight checking of materials, maintaining accurate records of stock movements, and preparing logistics documentation. Additionally, you will be expected to prepare and update Excel reports, ensure proper labeling and storage of items, and communicate effectively with vendors, transporters, and internal departments. Your role will also involve performing basic calculations related to weight, volume, and logistics cost estimations, as well as monitoring and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards during logistics operations. To excel in this position, you should have proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar role, with strong skills in Microsoft Excel and logistics documentation. A good understanding of inventory and shipping procedures, along with excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus), will be essential. Attention to detail, basic mathematical abilities, and the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks are also key qualifications for this role.
