Logistics Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES Customer Inquiries: · Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and logistics processes through various communication channels. · Provide accurate and detailed information about customer orders while addressing any concerns or issues that arise. · Make outgoing calls regarding Non-Delivery Reports (NDR), Return to Origin (RTO), and other requirements as needed. Order Processing: · Process customer orders meticulously, ensuring accuracy in product selection, quantity, and delivery details. · Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth processing of orders and timely delivery to customers. Issue Resolution: · Investigate and resolve customer complaints, discrepancies, and delivery issues in a professional and timely manner. · Work closely with the logistics team to identify root causes of problems and implement effective corrective actions. Communication: · Maintain open and effective communication with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure clarity and transparency throughout the logistics process. · Keep customers informed of any changes in delivery schedules or unexpected issues that may impact their shipments. Documentation: · Ensure accurate and complete documentation for all customer interactions and issue resolutions to maintain high standards of service. · Prepare reports and maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback for continuous improvement. Continuous Improvement: · Identify opportunities for enhancing processes within customer support and logistics operations. · Provide constructive feedback to management on recurring issues and contribute to the development of effective solutions.
