As a Customer Service Warehouse Logistics professional in the Freight Forwarding industry based in Gurgaon, your role involves covering regular activities and reporting for SC Planning team. Your key responsibilities include: - Covering the regular tasks of Customer Service daily operation - Coordinating and compiling ROA reports as part of the daily operation - Managing order management and order fulfillment from OE to OI, OI to GI execution, and following up with different stakeholders like BU, Planning, Sales, MDTM to expedite the process - Connecting with CS & Plant/PLF focal to expedite order closing through coordination - Handling and supporting customer complaints with RCA, Closure, claim settlement, etc. - Preparing documentation for Open account customer orders - Daily preparation of ROA lifting report In addition to the responsibilities mentioned, the company also offers benefits such as health insurance, Provident Fund, yearly bonus, and a day shift schedule.
