Job Description

Logistics Billing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter shipment and billing data into the
Transport Management System (TMS)
.
Receive, review, and organize incoming
Bills of Lading (BOLs)
, ensuring discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
Audit Bills of Lading to ensure compliance with internal and client billing requirements.
Perform accurate data entry across multiple operating systems, reports, and documentation tools.
Demonstrate an understanding of export/import regulations and logistics terms such as
Shipper, Consignee, Bill To, Commodity Description, NMFC codes, Accessorial Charges
, etc.
Support administrative tasks and assist with special projects as directed by the Manager.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in
Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain Management
, or a related field.
Prior experience in
logistics billing, freight billing, invoice processing, or related data processing
is mandatory.

Requirements

Nature of Work:
Data processing and auditing of U.S. logistics invoices.
Work Schedule: 07:00 PM 04:00 AM (IST)
Shift Type:
Night Shift (Monday to Friday).
Communication:
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Resources:
Personal PC/Laptop with
minimum 100 Mbps
broadband internet connection.
