Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, and shipping and receiving. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of materials management and possess excellent organizational skills to ensure efficient operations within our warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Procure materials and supplies necessary for production and operations.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock while minimizing excess.
• Oversee shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
• Coordinate dispatching activities to optimize delivery schedules.
• Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with suppliers for sourcing materials at competitive prices.
• Assist in demand planning to align inventory with production needs.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and shipments.

Experience

• Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management is preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify areas for process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and suppliers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
