Logistic Supervisor & Maintenance In charge

Job Summary

The Logistics & Maintenance Warehouse Executive/Manager is responsible for managing warehouse operations, logistics coordination, team supervision, and end-to-end vehicle management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations including receipt, storage, dispatch, and inventory control

• Manage company vehicles (cars, vans, trucks, etc.)
• Track and ensure timely vehicle servicing and preventive maintenance
• Handle vehicle insurance renewals, claims, and documentation
• Ensure PUC, registration, permits, and other statutory compliances are valid
• Maintain vehicle maintenance logs, service records, and fuel usage reports
• Coordinate with service centers and vendors for repairs and maintenance

Team Handling & Supervision

• Supervise warehouse staff, drivers, and support teams
• Assign daily tasks and monitor team productivity
• Train team members on safety, operational procedures, and compliance
• Handle attendance, discipline, and performance monitoring
• Ensure adherence to company policies and safety guidelines

Vendor & Cost Management

• Coordinate with transporters, mechanics, and service vendors
• Negotiate service costs where applicable
• Monitor maintenance and logistics expenses to control costs

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and company standards
• Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory, vehicle status, maintenance schedules, and logistics performance
• Support audits and inspections related to warehouse and vehicle operations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma /ITI in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
• Proven experience in warehouse operations and logistics management
• Strong experience in vehicle maintenance and documentation handling
• Team handling and leadership skills
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and MS Excel
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Problem-solving and time management abilities

Preferred Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or fleet management
• Experience handling multiple vehicles and drivers
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
