Job Description:

To coordinate and execute all activities from the time an order is received until payment

is collected from the customer. This role is critical in ensuring fast, accurate, error-free

order fulfilment, with a strong focus on on-time delivery and complete customer

satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely order entry into the system.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Sales, Proposal) and customers to

ensure seamless order processing.

• Review and process customer Purchase Orders (POs), create Order

Acknowledgments (OAs), and resolve issues before materials are received.

• Plan daily work, manage priorities, escalate issues, and follow up proactively.
• Communicate regularly with customers regarding order status, dispatches, and

payment follow-ups.

• Create internal Work Orders post-PO receipt.
• Register POs with principals and coordinate with them for order confirmation

and dispatch.

• Ensure proper documentation and support for smooth invoicing and collection.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2–4 years in a similar role, preferably in an engineering products

company.

• Skills:

o Highly organized and detail-oriented

o Excellent spoken and written English

o Strong customer communication and coordination skills

o Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

o Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes

• Attitude:
