Logistic Coordinator/ Billing Executive

As the Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire order cycle, starting from initial product planning to delivery. This includes managing transportation and warehousing operations by coordinating with carriers, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and ensuring efficient storage and retrieval of goods. Your role will also involve ensuring accurate shipping documentation by preparing bills of lading, airbills, and other necessary paperwork. You will address customer inquiries and complaints, responding promptly and resolving any shipping-related issues that may arise. Tracking and managing shipping costs will be a key part of your responsibilities to ensure that shipments are delivered on time and within budget. You will be expected to identify opportunities for improving efficiency and productivity in the logistics process, implementing process improvements where necessary. Collaboration with other departments such as sales and relevant teams will be essential to ensure smooth operations and effective coordination across the organization.
