Job Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic Site Supervisor (Fresher/Entry-Level) to oversee day-to-day operations at our waste management plant. Candidates with basic knowledge of electrical systems and the ability to communicate in Hindi will be given preference. Key Responsibilities: Assist in supervising plant operations including waste segregation, equipment handling, and general facility management. Monitor basic electrical systems, machinery startup/shutdown, and report malfunctions. Support the senior supervisor/maintenance team in inspecting MRF equipment like conveyors, motors, and compactors. Ensure cleanliness and safety of the plant area and assist workers in following safety protocols. Maintain basic logbooks and report daily activities to the site in-charge. Coordinate with workers and ensure timely task execution. Communicate with Hindi-speaking laborers and contractors effectively. Preferred Candidate Profile: ITI / Diploma (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) Freshers welcome. Basic understanding of electrical components like motors, panels, switches, and wiring. As a Runner Boy at our fashion house and production unit, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations. Your responsibilities will include carrying out errands, facilitating material movement, ensuring coordination between departments, and handling delivery/pickup tasks essential to our production process. You will be expected to carry samples, trims, fabrics, or documents between the office, workshop, vendors, or tailor units. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the pickup and delivery of garments, swatches, courier packets, and other necessary materials. Supporting the production team by purchasing raw materials from local markets as instructed and assisting in coordinating between different teams will also be part of your duties. To excel in this role, you should maintain logbooks for daily errands, obtaining proper sign-offs for each delivery/pickup, and ensuring timely completion to prevent delays in production or dispatch. Furthermore, you may be required to help with small office or workshop tasks like organizing items or minor packing as necessary. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum educational qualification of 10th pass or basic education. As an Electrical Maintenance & Troubleshooting specialist, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance on various electrical systems including switchgear, motors, transformers, and control panels. Your key tasks will involve troubleshooting electrical faults in plant equipment and machinery, conducting root cause analysis for repeated failures, and ensuring proper cable management, earthing, and circuit protection measures are in place. You will also be involved in the installation of new electrical equipment and machinery, where you will assist in wiring, control panel assembly, and termination work. Monitoring electrical parameters such as voltage, current, and power factor to optimize efficiency will be a crucial part of your role. Following scheduled maintenance plans for electrical panels, MCCs, VFDs, and switchgear will be essential to your preventive and predictive maintenance duties. Inspecting, cleaning, and replacing electrical components as needed, along with using thermographic scanning and vibration analysis to detect potential failures early, will be part of your regular tasks. Ensuring compliance with electrical safety regulations from organizations such as CEA, OSHA, IS, IEC, etc., implementing Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, and adhering to proper PPE guidelines when handling high-voltage systems will be critical to maintaining a safe work environment. You will also participate in electrical safety audits and risk assessments. Monitoring and reporting power consumption trends to identify energy-saving opportunities and ensuring maximum power factor efficiency to reduce electrical losses will be part of your energy optimization responsibilities. Additionally, maintaining logbooks and preparing daily reports of electrical maintenance activities will be necessary.
