Job Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic Site Supervisor (Fresher/Entry-Level) to oversee day-to-day operations at our waste management plant. Candidates with basic knowledge of electrical systems and the ability to communicate in Hindi will be given preference. Key Responsibilities: Assist in supervising plant operations including waste segregation, equipment handling, and general facility management. Monitor basic electrical systems, machinery startup/shutdown, and report malfunctions. Support the senior supervisor/maintenance team in inspecting MRF equipment like conveyors, motors, and compactors. Ensure cleanliness and safety of the plant area and assist workers in following safety protocols. Maintain basic logbooks and report daily activities to the site in-charge. Coordinate with workers and ensure timely task execution. Communicate with Hindi-speaking laborers and contractors effectively. Preferred Candidate Profile: ITI / Diploma (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) Freshers welcome. Basic understanding of electrical components like motors, panels, switches, and wiring. Ability to speak and understand Hindi is mandatory; Tamil and English are a plus. Willingness to work in industrial/waste management plant environment. Physically fit and willing to work in rotational shifts.
