Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing in-person clinical consultation and teleconsultation at a primary health center in Bangalore. Your duties will include diagnosing, treating based on standard protocols, guidelines, and referrals as needed. Additionally, you will evaluate patients, provide medical treatment, explain procedures, maintain patient confidentiality, and stay updated on medical developments. Communication with patients through online modes and organizing health camps may also be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Provide in-person clinical consultation and teleconsultation - Carry out diagnosis, treatment, counseling, and referrals - Evaluate patients and provide appropriate medical treatment - Explain procedures and prescribed treatments - Maintain patient confidentiality and impartiality - Keep up-to-date with medical developments and treatments - Document patient evaluations, treatments, and transactions - Communicate with patients through online modes - Help in organizing Health Camps at community and corporate level Qualifications Required: - MBBS qualified doctors based in Bangalore or willing to relocate - Minimum 1+ years of experience - Multilingual (Hindi/Kannada/English/Telugu/Tamil) with conversational Kannada - MCI/state medical council registered doctor - Comfortable with split Shift - 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM - Excellent communication and listening skills - Empathetic attitude towards patient service - Commitment to patient safety and quality healthcare Additional Details: N/A Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing in-person clinical consultation and teleconsultation at a primary health center in Bangalore.
