About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Engineer from the heavy automobile sector, with a strong track record in sales and business development. This position is focused on driving locomotive and related heavy vehicle business opportunities across Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new clients within the locomotive and heavy automobile sector.
• Conduct techno-commercial discussions with clients and stakeholders.
• Secure and close orders for upcoming industrial and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with internal engineering and support teams to deliver technical proposals.
• Travel extensively across Maharashtra to meet clients, attend meetings, and support field operations.
• Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 4–8 years in sales/business development in the heavy automobile, locomotive, or industrial equipment sectors.

Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability and willingness for extensive travel within Maharashtra.
• Confidence in handling both technical and commercial aspects of sales.

Salary & Benefits:

• CTC Range: ₹5 – ₹8 Lakhs per annum
• Travel allowance, incentives, and other benefits as per company policy

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
