Location Hunter / Real Estate Acquisition Specialist (PAN India)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, shortlist, and evaluate suitable commercial properties across India for new franchise outlets.
• Conduct on-ground visits to assess visibility, vehicle movement, parking feasibility, accessibility, and catchment suitability.
• Build and maintain a strong network of brokers, agents, developers, and property owners in multiple cities.
• Source various property types including commercial shops, industrial sheds, warehouses, and roadside units based on studio requirements.
• Analyse market demand, rental trends, competition, automobile clusters, and ROI for each proposed location.
• Prepare comparison reports covering rental expectations, area, visibility, and feasibility metrics.
• Lead rental negotiations, deposits, lease terms, and closure discussions within internal timelines (TAT).
• Coordinate with internal teams for LOI, agreement documentation, and final property handover.
• Guide franchise partners by recommending the most profitable and strategic studio locations in their city.

Must-Have Requirements

• 2–8 years of experience in commercial real estate, retail leasing, franchise expansion, or location sourcing.
• Strong pan-India broker network for quick sourcing and availability checks.
• Ability to evaluate commercial properties and negotiate rental terms confidently.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and documentation skills.

Preferred Background

• Candidates with experience in retail store expansion (Zudio, FirstCry, DMart, etc.).
• Professionals who have worked in automobile property scouting, franchise consulting, or similar industries.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
