Loan servicing QA- Analyst/Senior Analyst/SME

Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of loan servicing operations as a Loan Servicing QA Analyst/Senior Analyst/SME. Your role will involve communicating effectively with Evergreen associates through various channels, maintaining strong organizational skills, and demonstrating accuracy and timeliness in task completion. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members, understand mortgage loan boarding processes, and adhere to quality control best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively with Evergreen associates via phone, video conference, and email - Maintain strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask - Follow training, job aids, checklists, and policies provided by management - Demonstrate excellent productivity, timeliness, and accuracy - Utilize software such as Zoom, Teams, ICE MSP, ICE Encompass, and Microsoft Office products - Collaborate effectively with team members - Understand mortgage loan boarding processes and quality control concepts - Exhibit proficiency in English language skills - Display high comfort level with managing multiple priorities - Ensure completion of tasks and projects with strong follow-through - Establish relationships of trust with business units and support staff - Meet deadlines, solve problems, and communicate effectively with colleagues - Deliver effective presentations and summaries - Participate in meetings via phone and video conferencing - Be flexible with shifts Qualifications Required: - 1+ years of experience in loan servicing as a quality analyst - 2-3 years of experience in data entry, accounting, quality assurance, or auditing roles - Basic knowledge of ICE Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP) and ICE Encompass Loan Origination Systems preferred - B.Com education background - Skills in loan servicing, mortgage, quality analysis, and underwriting (Note: Additional details of the company were not included in the provided job description),
