Loan Sales Team Leader

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Loan Sales Team Leader to manage and drive a team of sales executives. The role involves achieving loan disbursement targets, developing sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service for products like Home Loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), Personal Loans, and Business Loans. --- Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and train a team of loan sales executives to achieve individual and team targets. Drive sales for secured and unsecured loan products through direct and channel sales. Generate leads through field visits, references, and partnerships with financial institutions or builders. Ensure proper documentation and verification for loan applications. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Achieve assigned sales targets within the given timelines. Maintain good customer relationships to ensure repeat and referral business. Coordinate with credit, operations, and collection teams for smooth processing. Conduct regular meetings, performance reviews, and on-field training.
