Loan Sales-DST

• A Loan Sales Manager for DST (Direct Sales Team) handling Personal Loans (PL) and Business Loans (BL) is responsible for driving sales using field teams, direct sourcing, and relationship building.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of loan sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets for Personal Loans and Business Loans.
• Source new customers through direct field work and market networking, ensuring a consistent pipeline of quality leads.
• Build and manage relationships with individual clients and business owners, explaining loan products and collecting documentation.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for the loan segment, collaborating with marketing and product teams to maximize customer acquisition.
• Monitor team performance, provide ongoing coaching and feedback, and manage onboarding and training for new DST members.
• Oversee end-to-end loan process—from lead generation and application login, through approval, documentation, and disbursement.
• Prepare MIS sales reports, track daily activities, and coordinate with internal teams like operations and credit for smooth process flow.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate in Finance, Business, or any discipline, with 2–4 years’ experience in loan sales or similar field exposure.
• Proven ability to work with aggressive sales targets in direct sales environments.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and team leadership skills.
• Good understanding of credit processes and financial documentation required for PL/BL.
• Comfortable working in field sales, handling direct customer interactions, and resolving escalations.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
