Loan Processor

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify loan applications and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Process various types of loans including mortgage loans, personal loans, home loans, and business loans.
• Coordinate with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders to facilitate the loan approval process.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies during the loan processing.
• Maintain accurate records of loan applications and status updates in the system.
• Assist in the disbursement of approved loans and ensure timely communication with clients regarding their loan status.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during the loan process.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Loan Processor position will possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of experience in loan processing or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage loans, personal loans, home loans, and business loans.
• Excellent document verification skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in using loan processing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
