ROC Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire process of company incorporation, including documentation and filing with the Registrar of Companies (ROC).
• Ensure timely and accurate ROC filings to maintain compliance with statutory requirements.
• Assist clients in understanding and fulfilling their ROC compliance obligations.
• Prepare and maintain records of all incorporation and compliance activities.
• Stay updated on changes in regulations and compliance requirements to provide informed guidance to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the incorporation process.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of

  1 to 2 years

  of relevant work experience in incorporation services, ROC filing, and compliance.
• Strong understanding of the Companies Act and related regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
