Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused professional with experience in Loan & EMI processes to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone, assisting them with EMI-related formalities, and ensuring seamless loan disbursement.

The role requires coordinating with multiple stakeholders and adhering to strict SLAs for task completion.

Key Responsibilities : -

● Manage end-to-end PSU loan processing for customer applications.
● Apply loan applications and ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation.● Assess customer eligibility as per PSU bank guidelines and policies.● Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including internal Sales and Operations teams.● Liaise with PSU bank branches for application tracking, clarifications, and approvals.● Visit bank branches regularly for relationship building and smoother processing.● Handle case-to-case escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.● Maintain MIS, trackers, and reports using Excel for loan status and performance monitoring. Ensure adherence to timelines, compliance, and process quality standards

Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months of experience in the loan/financial services domain preferred.
Freshers may be considered if they have a strong academic background and willingness to learn.
Proficiency in MS Excel (basic to intermediate level).
Good communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to travel locally for bank visits and on-ground coordination Strong understanding of loans, EMI structures, and financial processing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
