Job Description

Locations :Fatehgarh Sahib- Sirhind - Punjab

Responsibilities:

Loading & Unloading In charge / Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Supervise
loading and unloading
of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
Coordinate with
logistics, dispatch, and warehouse
teams for vehicle scheduling and timely movement
Ensure
proper stacking, segregation, and material handling
practices
Monitor manpower engaged in loading/unloading and optimize efficiency
Maintain daily records of vehicle arrivals, dispatches, and material movement
Ensure compliance with
safety, hygiene, and quality protocols
during handling operations
Liaise with transporters and report operational issues to plant management

Candidate Profile

Preference for candidates with
experience in manufacturing or feed/food/FMCG plants
3-8 years experience
in loading/unloading, logistics, or warehouse operations
Strong supervisory, coordination, and team-handling skills
Knowledge of
safety practices and material handling equipment (MHE)
preferred
Ability to work in shifts and handle high-volume dispatch operations.
