1. Job Summary

A highly experienced Supply Chain & Warehouse Management professional with 18+ years of expertise in F&B procurement, inventory management, vendor development, commissary operations, and central warehouse control. The Warehouse Manager will oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, ensure accurate stock management, maintain food safety standards, and support continuous improvement across supply chain functions.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Warehouse Operations

• Lead daily operations of the Central Warehouse, covering receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO-based stock rotation across all food and non-food materials.
• Monitor weekly supply schedules and coordinate timely delivery to multiple outlets.
• Ensure proper stock mapping for 2200+ SKUs, including raw materials, packaging, and ancillary items.
• Maintain best-in-class warehouse hygiene and food safety compliance.

B. Inventory Management

• Oversee inventory levels, stock accuracy, and cycle counts.
• Implement ABC analysis to categorize SKUs for optimal stock control.
• Monitor consumption patterns, wastage, and reconciliation of discrepancies.
• Validate indent planning and material issuance to stores and production units.

C. Vendor Coordination & Procurement Support

• Work closely with procurement teams to ensure continuous supply of F&B and Non-F&B materials.
• Validate vendor delivery performance, lead times, residual shelf life, and product quality.
• Coordinate with vendors and transport partners for inbound logistics.
• Support vendor development and alternative vendor identification to avoid stockouts.

D. Process Improvement

• Implement SOPs for receiving, storage, dispatch, and documentation.
• Improve warehouse layout & space utilization to maximize efficiency.
• Strengthen cost control measures including wastage monitoring, inventory accuracy, and optimal order cycles.
• Introduce digital tools, trackers, and dashboards for continuous monitoring.

E. Team Leadership

• Manage warehouse supervisors, storekeepers, helpers, and logistics support staff.
• Conduct regular training on systems, food safety, hygiene, and material handling.
• Monitor performance, discipline, attendance, and manpower planning.

F. Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare reports on stock status, shortage, wastage, expiry, and supply schedules.
• Coordinate with Operations, Production, Finance, QA, R&D, and Marketing teams.
• Support audits including inventory audits, food safety audits, and vendor compliance audits.

3. Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Central Warehouse operations for F&B businesses
• Expertise in inventory control, material planning, and FIFO-based stock rotation
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management experience
• Ability to control costs, reduce wastage, and improve efficiency
• Strong leadership & team management skills
• High proficiency in MS Excel and analytical reporting
• Good communication and coordination ability

4. Experience & Qualification

• 15+ years

  of experience in Supply Chain, Inventory & Warehouse Management in F&B industry.
• Worked with leading brands such as

  Western Farmfresh, Bangs Restro, MarryBrown etc

• Diploma / Graduate in Food Production & Food and Beverage Service
• Strong background in vendor development, procurement support, commissary operations, and product/packaging management.

Salary: Maximum gross up to 10 LPA
