LLM Specialist Data Scientist Chennai - Guindy, India Information Technology 15187 Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead to join our innovative and dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 10 to 14 years of industry experience working with large volumes of data, developing and deploying multiple AI models, and possessing a strong understanding of Generative AI and LLM (Large Language Models) techniques. As a Senior Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading AI projects, driving technical excellence, and providing guidance to the AI development team. Responsibilities 1. Lead AI ProjectsTake ownership of AI initiatives, from conception to deployment, by collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery. 2. Technical LeadershipProvide technical leadership and guidance to the AI development team, ensuring adherence to best practices, efficient implementation of AI models, and quality code development. 3. Data AnalysisAnalyse and understand large volumes of structured and unstructured data, extracting meaningful insights to drive AI model development and decision-making processes. 4. AI Model DevelopmentDevelop and deploy AI models that leverage a variety of techniques, including machine learning, deep learning, and Generative AI. Ensure the models are scalable, accurate, and robust. 5. LLM ExpertiseApply your expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance the performance and capabilities of AI models, leveraging state-of-the-art techniques and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field. 6. Performance OptimizationOptimize AI models for performance, efficiency, and scalability, leveraging techniques such as model compression, quantization, and parallel processing to improve execution time and resource utilization. 7. Model EvaluationDesign and implement evaluation frameworks to measure the performance and effectiveness of AI models, including metrics for accuracy, precision, recall, and other relevant parameters. 8. Collaboration and CommunicationCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. 9. Industry TrendsStay abreast of the latest trends, research, and advancements in the AI field, and proactively explore opportunities to leverage emerging technologies and techniques for continuous improvement. Documentation and ReportingCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, model architectures, and project reports, to facilitate knowledge sharing and project management processes. Requirements Bachelor's degree in any field MSc/BE/Masters with specialization in IT/Computer Science Experience in a 'Data Scientist' role and overseeing data-centered projects Experience10 to 15 years of industry experience working on AI projects, handling large volumes of data, and developing and deploying multiple AI models. Technical Skills: Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++. Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. Experience with Generative AI techniques and LLMs, such as GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformers). Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization techniques. Knowledge of cloud platforms and technologies for scalable AI model deployment, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Understanding of software engineering principles and best practices, including version control, testing, and debugging. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex data sets. Leadership and CommunicationDemonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team, collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
