Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an LLM Engineer located in Chennai, with some work-from-home flexibility. The LLM Engineer will be responsible for developing and optimizing large language models, conducting research on advanced NLP techniques, implementing machine learning algorithms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The engineer will also be tasked with evaluating model performance, fine-tuning models for specific applications, and contributing to the advancement of our AI-driven projects.

Qualifications

Experience in developing and optimizing large language models (LLMs)
Proficiency in advanced NLP techniques and machine learning algorithms
Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
Experience with data preprocessing and model evaluation
Ability to conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and ML
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
Experience in deploying AI models in production environments is a plus
