Live Producer

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and fast-thinking Live Producer to plan, coordinate, and execute live shows, streams, and real-time broadcasts. This role is critical to ensuring smooth live operations and requires someone who can handle pressure, manage multiple moving parts, and solve problems in real time.

You will work closely with hosts, production, technical, and content teams to deliver high-quality live experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute live shows, streams, and events end-to-end

• Create and manage show rundowns, scripts, and live cues

• Coordinate with hosts, streamers, and production teams during live broadcasts

• Oversee live timing, transitions, breaks, and audience interactions

• Handle real-time troubleshooting and on-the-fly decision-making

• Ensure adherence to broadcast standards, brand tone, and content guidelines

• Manage pre-production rehearsals and post-show reviews

• Work with technical teams on OBS, switching, audio, and video feeds

• Monitor live performance and improve show quality over time

Required Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in live production, broadcast, or digital content

• Strong understanding of live streaming workflows and tools

• Excellent multitasking and real-time problem-solving skills

• Ability to perform under live, high-pressure conditions

• Strong communication and coordination abilities

• Flexible to work odd hours, weekends, and live-event schedules

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Gaming / Esports / Live Streaming platforms

• Familiarity with OBS, vMix, Wirecast, or similar tools

• Experience producing live shows, tournaments, or events

• Background in digital media or broadcast production
