About the Role

dedicated and detail-oriented Live Medical Scribes

Accuracy, presence of mind, medical terminology knowledge, and structured clinical writing are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend

  live telehealth or in-clinic sessions

  with U.S. doctors during night shift.
• Document

  HPI, ROS, Past Medical/Surgical History, Social/Family History, Physical Exam, Assessment & Plan

  .
• Update and maintain

  EMR / EHR records

  accurately and in real-time.
• Create clear, concise, and clinically sound medical documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with

  HIPAA and PHI standards

  .
• Coordinate with clinical teams for clarifications when needed.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in

  Physiotherapy, Nursing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a Healthcare background

  preferred.
• Strong command of

  English (verbal + written)

  — must be confident in listening and fast typing.
• Good understanding of

  anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and clinical workflows

  .
• Ability to

  listen, comprehend, think, and type simultaneously

  .
• Prior experience in medical scribing / medical transcription / medical coding is an added advantage.
  

Shift & Work Requirements

• Night Shift (U.S. EST/PST time zones)

  .
• 9-hour shift with scheduled breaks.
